Healthy Protein Packed Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

These protein packed peanut butter cookies were delicious, mouth watering, and super filling Are you ready for this super simple recipe?

All you'll need is:

  • 3 full soops of peanut butter protein. (Your choice on what you use, but in this recipe I used GNC Amp Sustained Protein Blend - Peanut Butter Puffs flavor)
  • 1 scoop unsalted, natural crunchy peanut butter,
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  •  2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. ​ Preheat oven to 350°.
  2.  In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients well until cookie dough forms.
  3.  Make 1.5 - 2 inch cookie dough balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. (Optional):
  4.  Flatten the dough with your hands carefully and then place a fork at a left side angle and then a right side angle, carefully pressing in).
  5.  Bake for 12 minutes and enjoy!

Serving size is 12. Not even 5 minutes after they were taken out of the oven, my husband, our baby and I ate pretty much all of them. Lol, amazing for your sweet tooth cravings and super filling.
